"swap" Invested 600 million dollars in "Nord Angelia Edequation"

Abu Dhabi, April 17 / WAM / Mubadala Investment Company, the sovereign investment company in Abu Dhabi, announced its approval to acquire a minority stake of $ 600 million in Nord Anglia educing, the leading institution in the field of international education.

Mubadala joins this agreement to a global investment alliance led by “E QT”, which includes “Newbreger Berman”, “Canadian Pension Fund”, “Corporaceion Venantera Alba” and “Dubai Holding”.

Alphen Tih, head of the consumption unit in Mubadala, expressed their happiness to join an alliance of experienced international investors led by “E QT”, noting that the increasing demand for high -quality education, along with the innovative approach that Nord Angelia follows and its commitment to providing an educational service designed to meet the individual needs of students, makes this investment a promising opportunity.

Nord Angelia runs more than 80 schools in 33 countries, providing education for more than 90,000 students between the ages of two and 18 years.

Its students constantly achieve distinguished academic results, as graduates of the twelfth grade are accepted regularly at the best 100 universities in the world.

Individual education is the cornerstone of Nordan’s educational philosophy, as it is designed to teach methods in the classroom in proportion to the learning method that suits each student.
