“Avalon Pharma” recommends converting the formal reserve balance into the profits of the remaining

Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Company (Avalon Pharma) recommended that the General Assembly agree to transfer the system of regular reserves (25,253,411) as in the annual financial lists ending on 31-12-20-2024 AD to the balance of profits.
