Dubai Chamber of Commerce organizes a commercial mission to Angola and Mozambique

Dubai, April 18/ WAM/ The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three rooms operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, announced the completion of its preparations for the new commercial mission that it organizes to both Angola and Mozambique during the period from April 21 to 25, as part of the “New Prospects for External Expand” initiative aimed at supporting the efforts of local companies wishing to expand to promising global markets.
The Chamber held a default introductory meeting today, in the presence of members of the commercial mission that includes representatives of a group of companies operating in Dubai within several sectors that include both the agricultural sector, construction, building materials, electronic devices, energy, petrochemicals, in addition to engineering services, consumer products, foodstuffs and beverages, as well as information technology, the industrial sector, marine services, sea freight, and metal industries and real estate sector Retail, as well as logistics and supply chains.
During the meeting, the mission program was reviewed in front of the participating companies, which includes bilateral meetings and meetings between Dubai companies and their counterparts in Angola and Mozambique, to discuss cooperation and expansion opportunities and conclude commercial and investment understanding notes.
The delegation also briefed a comprehensive glimpse of the details of the mission, as well as in -depth data on the reality and data of the economy and the local market in both countries.
The “New Prospects for External Expansion” initiative comes as part of the Chamber’s efforts to support the expansion of the emirate’s companies towards new international markets, which achieve promising prospects and rewarding opportunities for growth, in line with the goals of the “Dubai Global” initiative aimed at helping Dubai companies to explore new trade opportunities across 30 priority markets.
In the context of this initiative, during the past year, commercial missions were organized to Indonesia and Vietnam, Senegal and Morocco, along with Serbia, Turkey, Uganda and Tanzania, during which more than 2227 bilateral meetings were organized between companies participating with their counterparts in those markets.
