Ammar bin Hamid presides over the leading government leaders and confirms: "Ajman for people" Real commitment and continuous work
Ajman, April 18 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, affirmed that the slogan of Ajman 2030 “Ajman for people” is a real commitment that the emirate’s government translates into projects, policies and legislation that serves society and advances human life.
His Highness said that government excellence is not an end in itself, but rather a way to improve the quality of life, stressing that the competition should not be in order to obtain prizes, but to serve members of society with sincerity.
This came during the presidency of His Highness the meeting of the leaders of the leading government, in the building of the government agencies in the Emiri Diwan, in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Head of the Finance Department in Ajman, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman, and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Head of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman and Sheikh Saqr bin Ammar Al -Nuaimi.
In a speech addressed by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi to the executive leaders, he stressed that government excellence is not an end in itself, but rather a way to improve the quality of life.
“We must go beyond the prizes stage to the stage of reaching excellence in a way that serves people,” he said, noting the need to review performance and determine the areas of improvement to ensure the provision of government services worthy of the aspirations of citizens and residents of the emirate.
His Highness indicated that the pioneering level in providing services in its various channels must be achieved and the percentage of customer satisfaction with them, directed by the necessity of analyzing relevant reports and developing improvement plans that will be followed periodically by the work team.
His Highness directed the expansion of the implementation of the global stars system to classify services to include all service centers and channels with the need to work to improve the level of services provided in outskirts in addition to working to develop government services packages that facilitate customers to obtain them with ease.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi focused on the importance of spreading a culture of innovation within government agencies and motivating employees to provide creative ideas and solutions, while emphasizing the application of the project management system and measuring its impact on government performance.
His Highness reminded the document of roles and responsibilities that were signed to achieve Ajman’s vision, pointing out that there are more than 100 opportunities for partnership between the authorities, declaring that individual competition will decline in favor of joint projects, calling on government departments and institutions to provide these projects during the coming period.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman stressed the need to raise the readiness of government agencies to integrate the owners of determination and empower them in the work environment, stressing the importance of business sustainability and intelligent investment of resources to ensure the continuity of providing services in high efficiency and quality.
His Highness stressed that the vision of Ajman 2030 cannot tolerate hesitation or retreat, and the next stage will be based on three main pillars, achievement, advancement and accountability.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman concluded his speech with the need to work on developing and implementing plans to raise the government performance in a way that meets the aspirations of the Ajman community.
The meeting emphasized the importance of the Ajman Program for Government Excellence, which seeks to enhance the work in an interconnected and integrated work between government agencies and based on the principles and values of leadership and competitiveness.
The program works to raise the performance of government agencies continuously to meet the needs of all dealers, and aims to unify the trends, goals and joint work to achieve the vision of the Ajman government, by advancing the levels of performance of various sectors in the emirate in order to facilitate access to services and raise the level of the quality of society in a sustainable way.
