المملكة: Steps to register for the housing support program via a residential platform

A residential program provides direct electronic registration through the official platform, without the need to visit any of the government offices.
Those wishing to benefit from support can complete registration by following the following steps:
Visit the official website of my residential platform.
– Choose a “new registration” or “login” for the current users.
Enter basic data (ID number, date of birth, and mobile number).
– Write the verification code sent to the phone.
– Approval of the conditions and instructions, then complete the required data.
Raise the required documents (proving income and social condition).
– Click on “Register” to send the order.

Conditions for the entitlement of residential support 2025

The Ministry of Municipal, Rural and Housing Affairs has set a set of conditions to ensure support to the due groups, most notably:
– The applicant must be a Saudi national.
The applicant must not be less than 18 years old.
Not having a suitable residence currently.
Not to benefit from government housing programs previously.
– Proof of the family’s need for support.
Permanent residence within the Kingdom.
– Family income is compatible with the controls and standards of the program.
