For the first time .. North Korea recognizes the deployment of forces to support Russia

North Korea confirmed today, Monday, for the first time that it had deployed forces to support Russia in its war against Ukraine under their joint defense treaty.
The North Korean Central News Agency reported that the deployment of northern forces took place by order of North Korean leader Kim Jong -un, according to the joint defense treaty between Pyongyang and Moscow.

The Korean Central News Agency published the first confirmation of the deployment of forces in Russia, quoting the Central Military Committee in North Korea, months after thousands of North Korean soldiers sent to Russia to fight in the Kursk region located on the confrontation line, according to the South Korean Yonhap News Agency.

The Korean Central News Agency said, “The liberation of the Corsak region to repel the adventurous invasion of the Federal Russia by the Ukrainian authorities has concluded with a victory.”
She added that the sub -units of the National Armed Forces participated in the operations “according to the command of the state leader,” Kim Jong -un.
