المملكة: Jeddah education launches the introductory program for the guidance project for teachers

The General Administration of Education in Jeddah Governorate, represented in the Human Resources Department, in cooperation with the National Institute for Educational Professional Development, launched the introductory program for the “Guidance Guidance for Teachers” project, at the Ramada Hotel for the Boys Category, and the Move Hotel for the girls ’category, targeting managers, agents and supervisors of schools of preparation and starting schools.
The project aims to train more than 400 participants and participation in two training stages, which extends through the third semester of the academic year 1446 AH, and the first semester of the year 1447 AH, through a package of specialized qualitative programs, most notably: (procedural scientific research, thinking skills, management and planning).

Guidance support

The “Guidance Guidance” project is concerned with providing specialized guidance support for new teachers and teachers with low performance in various specializations and academic stages, by qualifying school leaders and educational supervisors to play the role of guidelines, ensuring strengthening the professional environment inside schools, improving the level of educational performance, and raising the quality of educational outputs.
The implementation of this program comes within the framework of Jeddah education efforts to develop the capabilities of educational cadres, and to achieve the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, which attaches education and quality to be of great importance as a basic pillar in human building and future industry.
