“Remontada Falcons” guides Al Dhaid to second place in the UAE First Division League

The Emirates team succeeded in achieving an exciting “remontada”, after overturning its deficit against its host Dibba Al-Hisn from (2-1) to a valuable victory (3-2), today, Sunday, in the 21st round of the First Division League.
The Falcons raised their score to 32 points in eighth place, while Dibba Al-Hisn’s score froze at 36 points in third place, giving them runner-up to Al Dhaid.
The goals of Dibba Al-Hisn were scored by Cameroonian Bear Conde (28) and Ahmed Al-Afad (44), while Dutchman Lars Veldwijk scored two goals for the Emirates (15 and 90), and Frenchman Sidi Hamed added the fatal winning goal in stoppage time (90 + 6).
In an exciting match that witnessed the scoring of 7 goals, Fujairah achieved a dramatic victory at its home stadium over Gulf United (4-3), with the goals of Fujairah being scored by Senegalese Mohamed Diop (19), Frenchman Sander Benbachir two goals (38 and 57), and Amer Khalifa (44).
On the other hand, Zambian Enoch Sakala (13 and 40) and Brazilian Wiberti Cristiano (45 + 4) scored for the guests.
Fujairah raised its score to 33 points in seventh place, while Gulf United remained at 21 points in tenth place.
Al Dhaid continued its remarkable results, after defeating Al Ittifaq with a clean goal scored by Brazilian Pedro Santos (65), raising its score to 37 points in second place, achieving an unprecedented historical achievement in its history, while Al Ittifaq remained in last place with 10 points.
In the most prominent surprises of the round, City won at home over Al-Orouba with a fatal goal scored by Brazilian Anderson Salviano (90+1).
City raised its score to 22 points in ninth place, while Al-Orouba’s score froze at 34 points in sixth place.
Al-Arabi also achieved a major victory over its host Majd (4-1) in the match held at Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Stadium No. 2 at Al Ain Club, where Youssef Tolo (9), Brazilian Gabriel Santana (22), Colombian Juan Diego (36), and Egyptian Ahmed Al-Sayed (90 + 5) scored for the guests, while Majd’s only goal was scored by Ali Eid Al-Yahyaei (4).
Al-Arabi raised its score to 35 points in fourth place, while Majd’s score froze at 14 points in penultimate place.
The confrontation between Al-Jazira Al-Hamra and Masfout ended in a positive draw (2-2) in a strong technical match, as the Italian Reda Hanewi (36) and the Iranian Irfan Hassan (79) scored for Al-Jazira Al-Hamra, while the goals of Masfout were scored by the Brazilian Rafael Silva (48 and 77).
Al-Jazira Al-Hamra now has 17 points in twelfth place, which is the same as Masfoot in thirteenth place.
