Adidas expects to raise their prices in America to compensate for Trump customs fees

The German company “Adidas” for sportswear, will be forced to raise the prices of its products to American clients to compensate for the customs duties imposed by US President Donald Trump, although it has achieved “wonderful” results during the first quarter.
“During this strong quarter, strong registration for requests, and a very positive position towards Adidas in general, it was (supposed), in universal ordinary circumstances, to raise our expectations for the whole year in terms of revenues and operational profits,” said Bjorn Golden, CEO of Adidas.
He added that despite this, a “uncertainty” caused by the trade war launched by Trump caused “an end to this at the present time.”
It is worth noting that “Adidas”, which is headquartered in the small town of Hertsoginaurach in Bavaria, is mainly produced in Asia, including Vietnam and Bangladesh.
