Syrian artist to her last resting place .. She left silently at the 52 years in the absence of her colleagues!

The funeral procession was launched from the Italian Hospital towards the Lala Pasha Mosque, where the prayer was held on the body of the late, before the burial was hidden in the Najah cemetery near the capital, as was scheduled. Scenes from the funeral appeared in a video clip published by the Syrian Artists Syndicate, in which the attendance of the artist Bassam Dakkak and the musician Abdel Hadi Bazlon emerged alongside a limited number of close associates, in the absence of her colleagues from the artistic community.
The Artists Syndicate had announced earlier this morning the death of Samar, after a long struggle with breast cancer, whose symptoms and repercussions returned to appearing recently. The late artist had previously revealed her recovery from the disease more than a year ago, but her sister, actress Reem Abdel Aziz, reported a few days ago that she had undergone new treatment sessions after her health deteriorated.
Samar Abdel Aziz was known for her frankness about her experience with the disease, and she shared painful details of her personal life, most notably the disappointment of her marriage, which did not last for more than 12 days, and who said that he formed a great shock to her and contributed to her cancer, along with the pain of not establishing a family.
Despite the pain, Samar exceeded that stage and resumed her artistic activity recently, and her last appearance was in the series “Roxy Nights”, which was shown during the month of Ramadan, along with a group of artists, including Mona Wasef, Ayman Zidan, and Slav Fawakherji.
The late was born in 1973, and she is the daughter of the poet Nazmi Abdel Aziz. She started her artistic career as a singer, and she emerged at the Syrian song Festival, before moving to acting and participating in works, including: “The Biography of the Galali”, “Hulagu”, and “Rain Song”.
Among her most prominent songs: “I am happy for me,” “We learned”, “With our lives, do not be upset”, “Zahrat al -Amani”, and “Book me”.
This, and the family decided to open the doors of condolences today and tomorrow, Thursday, in the center of Damascus, to receive lovers and mourners.
