المملكة: The readiness of the operational plan for buses for pilgrims outside the Holy Capital

The bus counseling center for pilgrims abroad in the Holy Capital announced the completion of its operational and technical plan to receive the Hajj season for the current year 1446 AH, with the rehabilitation and training of more than (1500) human staff, under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the relevant authorities; This is with the aim of providing integrated, efficient and accurate guidelines to serve the guests of Rahman.
The Director General of the bus counseling center for pilgrims, Abdullah Sindi, explained that more than 1,200 field counselors were qualified and trained, equipped with smart devices; To ensure that pilgrims are directed to their homes with ease.

Monitor bus movement

Sindhi indicated that these devices are directly linked to the Follow -up and Control Center, which works around the clock to monitor the movement of buses and ensure that they reach their destination in the shortest possible time, in addition to more than (300) administrative and field employees from the youth and young women of the country; To facilitate the task of the guide and the bus movement inside the reception center and the Al -Haramain Train Station in Makkah.
He indicated that the center depends on operating management on the “Arshadni” digital platform, which was developed to be an integrated smart system that supports the guides in tracking buses and updating the flight data in an instant manner, and allows immediate coordination with operating teams, which enhances operational efficiency and contributes to improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

Official procedures

Sindi pointed out that the bus guiding journey starts from the main reception station in Al -Nawariya and the Al -Haramain Train Station in Makkah, where the official procedures for receiving pilgrims coming through buses and train are completed by qualified national cadres, using an integrated electronic system that is attached to the Hajj and Umrah Information Center, which contributes to accelerating the registration of pilgrims’ data and directing them immediately towards their places of residence.
It is noteworthy that the bus counseling center for pilgrims abroad is working under the umbrella of the Coordination Council for the companies of the heads of sects and the service providers of the pilgrims abroad, with the participation of the General Syndicate of Cars and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
