And she continued, “From here, my passion was born with the sport of mountain climbing, which I took, with the passage of time, a lifestyle that restores me my psychological balance, and helps me to overcome the challenges I face in the medical field, and thanks to God and with determination and determination I succeeded in the rise of more than four global peaks, within the challenge of (the seven peaks), one of the most prominent and difficult mountain challenges in the world, which requires climbing at the top of the top in the top of the top in the top of the top in the top Each continent. ”

Al -Maamari added: “I have made a great way in this path that I started in 2017, and I have three peaks that I seek to climb in the near future, not only with the aim of achieving a personal achievement, but as part of a greater message I believe in, embodied in the importance of each individual seeking to achieve psychological balance, and not to lose sight of that, as interest in physical health is a necessity and a basic matter, so is the mental health that is not the mental health that does not pace with it Necessity and importance. ”

She said: «I found in the sport of mountain climbing the physical and psychological importance, and every day I practice it I feel that I am in a journey that restores my psychological balance, and gives me space to meditate and restore the true meaning in everything I do, as well as its great physical benefits.”

Al -Maamari puts the Emirate of Fujairah in the list of the most prominent places that she is keen to go during its practice of her favorite sport.

In addition to “climbing mountains”, Al -Maamari is keen to carry out various local and external volunteer activities, including two journeys to Africa, as part of voluntary medical programs to develop emergency services.

Dr. Aisha Al -Maamari has an experience of more than 10 years in the fields of emergency medicine, intensive care medicine, and medical services within humanitarian work, and she obtained a Canadian Board’s degree twice.

She held the position of director of the residence program in emergency medicine at Mafraq Hospital, during which she contributed to the program obtaining accreditation from the Higher Medical Education Council in Chicago, and continued in this role until October 2020.

Al -Maamari occupies the membership of the Emergency Medicine Council in the Arab Board, where it contributed within the diagnostic committee to developing the status of the mouth condition, which is still used today, and it was also honest to the Executive Committee of the Arab Board of Emergency Medicine, and worked alongside the head of the committee to establish a fellowship program specialized in emergency medicine and toxins of children.

Al -Maamari is currently chairing the emergency medicine council in the Emirates Council for Health Specialties, and she is an active researcher, who has written 10 scientific books on emergency medicine, focuses on improving the quality of care, dealing with job combustion syndrome in this field, and is keen on regular participation in scientific conferences, through which specialized papers focus on innovation and renewal in the health sector.
