"Dubai Marine": Success "Lock" It enhances its position as a high -level global event

The thirty -fourth edition of the race, which is organized by the Dubai International Marine Sports Club, was held yesterday, and it extended from the island of Sir Bounir to the shores of Dubai; Where he won the first place, the sailor loader, “an earthquake 25”, for its owner, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and led by Al -Noukhada Marwan Abdullah Al -Marzouki.
118 loads participated in the race, sailing yesterday morning for a distance of more than 50 nautical miles, in a scene that embodied the celebration of the people of the Emirates of diving heritage and the past of fathers and grandparents.
The “25th earthquake” succeeded in winning the title for the fourth time in the history of the race, after crowning the years 2010, 2016 and 2018, ahead of the bearing “Aryam 279”, for its owner Al -Noukhada Ahmed Salem Al -Hammadi, who came second, and “Al -Taf 9”, by its owner, Mohamed Rashid Al -Rumaithi, and led by Al -Noukhada Youssef Ahmed Al -Hammadi, in third place.
The first stage at the Al -Qamar Island point witnessed a temporary forefront of the bearing “Aryam 279”, followed by “Al -Taf 9” and then “earthquake 25”, “Shaheen” fourth, and “Scissors 73” fifth, before the data turned in the final stages.
Mohamed Abdullah Hareb Al -Falahi, Executive Director of Dubai International Marine Sports Club and a member of the Organizing Supreme Committee, confirmed that the race embodied the cohesion between the various national bodies to make an exceptional version.
He said that the committee succeeded in choosing the appropriate timing and logistical coordination, in a manner that guarantees a smooth experience for the contestants, stressing that this success is the fruit of collective cooperation, and that the committee seeks to develop the activities accompanying steady and thoughtful steps, with the aim of reaching the world.

He thanked everyone who worked for the success of this exceptional day, and everyone who contributed to commemorating this ancient sporting heritage, whose pillars of the founding fathers of this heritage marine sport.
For his part, Al -Noukhada, Marwan Abdullah Al -Marzouqi, the leader of the bearer, “The 25th earthquake”, gave his victory in the title of the 34th edition of the Al -Qafal Race to His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, noting that this great achievement would not have been achieved had it not been for the continuous support from the rational leadership in the UAE, which embodies its interest in supporting societal events and heritage sports, both naval or others.
He praised the level of professionalism that appeared since the start of the registration stages, through the logistical arrangements on the island of Sir Bounir, to the day of the coronation, which came in a celebration worthy of the value and status of this historic event.
Al -Marzouqi explained that the race was characterized by a tactical nature, especially in its early stages, as choosing the starting point and wind accounts had a decisive role in drawing the progress strategy.
