A memorandum of understanding between the General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai and the Tokyo Fire Department

In a move aimed at taking advantage of the global leadership that the General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai in the field of fire, rescue and prevention reached, the Tokyo Fire Department, which is the largest firefighting device in the world, and the General Command of the Civil Defense in Dubai, concluded a memorandum
On international praises from all over the world and major firefighting organizations on the best practices applied to it, for example from the British government, the National Fire Protection Authority in America, which is the largest in the world, where the memo was signed by His Excellency Major General Jamal bin Add Al -Muhairi, Assistant Commander -in -Chief of the General Command of the Civil Defense in Dubai, and the General Commissioner for the Tokyo Fire Department .
The two parties welcomed this agreement, which would enhance the role of international cooperation and exchange experiences between the two sides in the fields of fruitful partnership and coordination between them to ensure the provision of the latest solutions to protection and safety, fire prevention and the speed of response to it, and support the efforts made to preserve the safety of lives and property, and His Excellency Major General Jamal Bin Al -Muhairi stressed that this agreement will open the way to benefit from Dubai International experiences in the field of firefighting Rescue and Prevention, in a move that is a historic station towards enhancing international cooperation in the field of protection and safety, and we also welcome the joining of the Tokyo Fire Department to the countries participating in the “billionaire readiness” initiative.
It is noteworthy that the UAE is leading the initiative of the readiness of the billion, which aims to train and educate more than a billion people around the world about safety measures, fire prevention, and emergency response, to contribute to building a world more prepared and secure in facing risks and disasters.
