Save the life of a child from a cancerous tumor by colon in Hafar Al -Batin

A team consisting of colon, rectum and pediatric surgery in Hafar Al -Batin’s healthy gathering managed to save the lives of a 12 -year -old child – where the child accompanied his parents to the emergency of the maternity and children’s hospital and was suffering from abdominal pain and almost obstruction signs with the intestine with a weight. He was hypnotized under the supervision of pediatric surgery in the hospital. It led to bowel blocking – the children’s surgery team consulted colon and rectal surgery, and the child was clinically examined and the parents’ approval of surgical intervention was taken.

Where Dr. Turki Al -Shammari – consultant of colon and rectal surgery and the leader of the fire team – explained that the child underwent a complex and accurate operation to eradicate the right colon and a bulldozing of the neighboring lymph nodes and the delivery of the small intestine with the colon, and after five days the patient went home in good health after he recovered, praise be to God.
