The UAE Journalists Association launches digital media initiatives to serve the business community

Dubai, May 4 / WAM / The UAE Journalists Association signed a memorandum of understanding with both “Suhail Smart Solutions” and Q2 digital marketing, in a strategic move aimed at developing media content and enhancing the role of the media in serving the national economy.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, qualitative digital media programs and initiatives will be launched, foremost of which is a series of specialized podcast programs that serve the Emirati business community, and highlights success stories, economic opportunities, and digital transformations taking place in the state.

The Memorandum of Understanding signed, at the association’s headquarters in the Emirate of Dubai, both Fadila Al -Muaini, Chairman of the UAE Journalists Association, Mohamed Salem Al Ali, Director General of “Suhail Smart Solutions”, and Abdullah Al -Shehhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Q2”.

The Memorandum of Understanding includes the production of innovative digital content that addresses the needs of entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators in various vital sectors, through professional podcast programs that are produced within the studios of the association’s media creativity center, using the latest sound, photography and digital output technologies.

It also includes providing a series of training courses and media workshops that combine traditional press skills and modern digital technologies, which contributes to building a new generation of media professionals specializing in economic affairs and entrepreneurship.

Fadila Al -Muaini, President of the Emirates Journalists Association, stressed that this partnership represents a new start in the association’s march towards the interactive media and specialized content; She said: Today we are based on a qualitative transformation in media communication mechanisms, through smart partnerships that mix media experience, digital innovation, and strategic marketing, and we aim to provide media content that reflects the pulse of the business community and addresses the future.

Mohamed Salem Al Ali, Director General of “Suhail Smart Solutions”, said that the partnership with the Association of Journalists comes within the framework of supporting the digital transformation system in the UAE, pointing to the pursuit of enabling media professionals with advanced technological tools that enhance the quality of media production.

Abdullah Al -Shehhi, Chairman of the Board of “Q2”, stressed that the memorandum of understanding represents an opportunity to build bridges between the media and the business sector, noting that the focus will be on the marketing of the content in an innovative way that touches the needs of the business community and keeps pace with market variables, and highlighting the specialized digital content that enhances the UAE’s position as an advanced media and economic center.

This memorandum, which is part of the efforts of the Journalists Association to expand its partnerships with the private sector and enhance the media innovation system, is part of a series of initiatives implemented by the association in the “Year of Society”, through which it seeks to integrate the media into development projects, and activate its role in building the knowledge economy and contributing to achieving the “UAE Vision 2031”.
