المملكة: “Makkah Road” .. Indonesia praises the role of the Kingdom in facilitating the pilgrims’ journey

The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Praboo Sobanto, praised the great efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the “Makkah Road Initiative” in organizing travel and pilgrimage procedures.
He expressed his gratitude to all the concerned parties in the Kingdom for its efforts that contribute to facilitating the journey of Indonesian pilgrims, and embodies the Kingdom’s keenness to serve the guests of Rahman.

Makkah Road Initiative

The President of Indonesia, during his visit to the hall designated for the “Makkah Road Initiative” at Sukarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, confirmed that the procedures are running smoothly and pleased.

He praised the role of the Kingdom in facilitating the pilgrims’ journey, starting with their reception and completing their procedures, through their departure until their arrival in the Holy Places.

Implementing the Makkah Road Initiative

The Ministry of Interior implements the initiative in its seventh year, in cooperation with the ministries of “Foreign Ministry, Health, Hajj and Umrah, Media”, and the General Authority for Civil Aviation and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
As well as the Saudi Commission for Data and Artificial Intelligence “Sayya”, the General Awqaf Authority, the service of the guests of Rahman, and the General Directorate of Passports.
