المملكة: Imprisonment, fines, and deportation… 15,784 administrative decisions for violators of residency and work regulations
Issued Residency, work and border security regulations, and penalties varied between Prison, a fine, and deportation.
The Passport Department stressed that all citizens and residents, establishment owners and individuals, should not transfer, employ, or shelter violators of the residency, work, and border security regulations, or cover up for them, or provide any means of assistance to them in finding job, housing, or transportation opportunities.
It called for cooperation and reporting of violators of the residency, work, and border security regulations by calling (911) in the areas of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Medina, Riyadh, and Sharqia, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any responsibility on the part of the person reporting.
