المملكة: 21108 sites .. intensify environmental sanitation work in preparation for the Hajj season

The Secretariat of the Holy Capital continues the work of environmental sanitation, pest control work and public health pests in separate sites in preparation for the Hajj season this year 1446 AH.
It included 21108 sites during the month of April, as part of its efforts to raise the level of services in the neighborhoods of the Holy Capital, in order to achieve and enhance public health and safety.

Environmental sanitation work in preparation for the Hajj season

The Secretariat indicated that it treated (1118) insects, and 825 drainage drainage, and 405 sites for rodent foci, with monitoring and controlling 1475 water gatherings sites.

The Secretariat teams continue to strengthen the field surveying and continuous follow -up of the reports, while addressing the notes first -hand, as (959) reports were addressed, in order to ensure a healthy environment prepared for the residents of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and its visitors.

Building and demolition waste

The Secretariat also showed that its field teams continued its work in cleanliness and disinfection, and the weights of municipal waste reached (86252.5) ​​tons.
The weights of construction and demolition waste (198873.7) tons, and maintained (2574) berths, maintenance and cleanliness (8926) containers.
