"Cities" Launching a project "Nawaif Felg" On Al Hudayriyat Island
Abu Dhabi, May 6 / WAM / “Modon” company announced the launch of the new residential project “Nawaif Felg”, a residential community of “Town House” units on the island of Al -Hudayriyat in Abu Dhabi.
“Nawaif Felg” is an integrated residential community that offers a variety of housing options, including 378 housing units of “Town House” units consisting of three to five bedrooms, all available for free ownership.
Bill Organ, CEO of the Modan Holding Group, said that the launch of the “Nawaif Felg” project, which is an essential part of the main plan for the Hanari project, comes in line with the group’s vision aimed at drawing the features of the urban scene in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which enhances the emirate’s position as a pioneering and innovative model in the field of urban development.
For his part, Ibrahim Al -Maghrabi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, said that the launch of “Nawaif Felg” reflects the ambitious company’s plans to continue developing exceptional housing societies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
