“Dubai Commodities” grants a contract to create two commercial towers in “Dubai”

The Dubai Center for Multiple Commodities announced yesterday, the granting of “Ali and Sons Contracting” company, the main construction contract for the next stage of the “Dubai Dubai” region development project, after the completion of the site preparation.
The next stage of the region’s development project includes the establishment of two first -class commercial towers, each provides 62 thousand square meters of commercial spaces and retail outlets, in addition to many modern facilities, and they communicate with the “Aptown Tower” through a new link bridge, to support access to access to the standards of the urban destination of the Dubai Center for Multiple Commodities.
The two new corals are characterized by their modern architectural design, and will be built according to the golden degree standards for the leadership system in Energy and Environment designs (LeED), which ensures the highest levels of energy efficiency and the use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies, which confirms the commitment of the Dubai Center for Multiple Commodities to sustainable urban development in line with the Dubai Sustainability agenda.
The first CEO and Executive Director of the Dubai Center for Multiple Commodities, Ahmed bin Salim said: “The next stage of the (Betown Dubai) project represents a prominent station in the development of this distinguished region, and includes the establishment of two new category towers together that include 62 thousand square meters of office spaces and retail stores, in line with our pre -emptive approach to meeting the growing demand by major international companies that look forward To establish her business in a global level such as Dubai. ”
