Mansour bin Zayed adopts the names of the winners of the 18th Khalifa Prize

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Board of Trustees, approved the names of the winners of the eighteenth session of the award for the year 2025, which is one of the leading initiatives of Zayed Humanitarian Institutions.
The award was awarded in this course the title of “legal educational personality” by His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the representative of the ruler in the Al Ain region, in appreciation of his prominent contributions to supporting and developing education locally, regionally and internationally.
The award honors this year 48 winners from different countries of the world, including three Emirati families who won the “Distinguished Emirati Family” award for their active role in supporting the education of children in addition to the victory of institutions and individuals from the United States, France, Morocco and others in the Khalifa International Prize for Early Education, which is presented for the first time globally to highlight the most prominent practices in the care and empowerment of early childhood.
The General Secretariat of the Award is organizing a ceremony to honor the winners on May 29 at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed and in the presence of a group of educational and academic leaders and decision makers from inside and outside the country.
Hamid Al -Huti, Secretary -General of the award, stressed that this session attracted posts from more than 48 countries, which reflects its international position.
He praised the honor of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, noting that the award appreciates the owners of qualitative contributions in the development of education through the category of “legal educational personality”, which is one of the most prominent categories of the award.
The list of winners included a number of educators and distinguished initiatives locally, Arably and internationally, most notably “in the field of public education – the category of creative teacher Sheikha Al -Saridi, Shamsa Al -Dhanhani, Noura Al -Madhani, Omar Al -Nawrasi, Muhammad Tarbai, Raida Saleh, Firas Shakhkh, Yasmine Zahra and the institutional educational performance category four distinguished schools from Khorfakkan, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi
In the field of the owners of determination, Dr. Khaled Barakat and the Abu Dhabi Autism Center, the Education and Community Service Category, won the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khaled Cultural Center for a sustainable environmental project and for the distinguished Emirati family category, each of the families of Khalil Sahakuh, Sultan Al -Zahouri, Abdullah Muhammad Salem Al -Naqbi and Ahmed Salem Suleiman Al -Kaabi won.
In the Arabic language teaching category, Mahra Al -Nuaimi (a distinguished teacher), Dr. Saif Al -Fakr (University Professor), and the higher education category, won Dr. Fathallah Rehan, Dr. Jamal Abdullah, Dr. Zafar Nadar and Dr. Riyad Eid.
On the innovative educational programs, Ahmed Al -Qawasmi won the “3D Green” project and educational research, Aisha Al -Ghafli and Farah Khaled won a research on “We are the Emirates 2031, and in the educational authorship of the child, Musab Birotiyah won the office of” The Color of your imagination “.
At the level of the Arab world, Terbians from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Amman, Jordan, Algeria, and Tunisia won in the fields of the creative teacher, teaching the Arabic language, higher education, educational projects, educational research, and educational authorship of the child.
As for the International Early Education Prize winners, “Research and Studies, Dr. Alexander Ebel of Columbia (United States), and Dr. Philippa de Castro from the Children’s Rescue Organization (United States) in the category of programs and curricula, won Stephanie Cell from France for the Cambodia and Nisreen bin Abdul Jalil project from Morocco for the project to advance initial education.
Al -Huti explained that the award comes within the framework of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidential Bureau for Development Affairs and the families of the martyrs and the head of the International Humanitarian Affairs Council to enhance the role of the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation, indicating that education will remain the cornerstone of the UAE development according to the vision of the rational leadership.
