The plan includes providing the health sector with three hospitals and 33 preliminary health care centers, and specialized centers specialized in accurate medical fields in the emirate by 2033, and the priority will be for new residential areas such as: Al -Yais, Al -Awir, Hind City, Nand Al -Sheba, Al -Slayli, and Laabab, through partnerships between the public and private sectors, and the development of packages of incentives for promotion of health investment in the emirate that sings in many Cases about the need for scholarships for treatment outside the country. The initiatives of the health system also include the expansion of the scholarship program for Emirati doctors, the development and implementation of incentive packages that encourage investment in new regions and priority specialties, and attract talents in those specialties, as well as expand insurance coverage in mental health, emergency services, and long -term rehabilitation and care services.
Enabling Emirati students
The Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai also adopted the policy of empowering Emirati students in the special education sector to provide them with the supportive environment through a set of policies and support projects directed to students and parents. Family care
The Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai also approved the project to create a unified center for family care, which is concerned with providing an integrated model for the basic services for family care, and seeks to improve the quality of family consulting services and enhance family guidance in Dubai, in addition to the services concerned with the care of the custodians and the integration of efforts in dealing with the special situation for each incubator, and protecting the rights of the child, through a unified center that provides these services by specialized cadres And qualified.
The center contributes to the consolidation of the pillars of the family as a strong central nucleus for coherent societies that put the human being at the top of their priorities. The center also supports the achievement of the goals of the Dubai Social Agency 33, and its family slogan is the basis of the homeland, especially the purpose of building the happiest, most interconnected, tolerant and adhering to national values and identity, and the purpose of establishing the pillars of the most effective and proactive social system in protection, care and empowerment. The unified center, which is managed by the Community Development Authority in Dubai, provides its various services to all citizens and residents, through its two branches in the Deira and the Bur Dubai area.

In addition, the Executive Council adopted the policy of smart buildings in Dubai, which aims to lay the foundations and specifications of smart buildings in the emirate, and to encourage the application of sustainable systems for various types of buildings, which contributes to making Dubai the smartest and happiest city in the world.
Smart buildings policy include: renewable energy systems and networks, as well as smart water systems, smart communication, smart situations, air conditioning and lighting control, control follow -up, fire protection and safety.
The policy aims to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings, rationalize energy consumption, reduce operating costs, raise the level of life quality and keep pace with technological developments and artificial intelligence, leading to the development of a smart, sustainable and global construction sector.
The impact of the application of the smart building policy is translated in a 25% saving in electricity consumption, 15% rationalization in water consumption, reducing operating costs by 20%, and raising the level of population satisfaction in Dubai buildings.
