145 million dirhams profits "Empore" In the first quarter

Dubai, May 9 / WAM / The Emirates Central Cool Code Foundation “Embower” achieved a net profit before the tax by 159 million dirhams, and after the tax 145 million dirhams during the first quarter of this year.
The company listed in the Dubai Financial Market recorded total revenues of 540 million dirhams, an increase of 0.4% compared to the same period last year 2024, while it achieved total profits before deducting interest, taxes, destruction and consumption of 297 million dirhams.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Shafar, CEO of “Embower”, affirmed the Foundation’s commitment to continuing to expand its asset base, including stations and transportation networks and distribution, to meet the increasing demand for its services, in order to support the increase in its market share and enhance the sustainability of its long -term revenues, benefiting from the momentum of the real estate market and the general economic growth, in addition to its continuous investments in expanding its assets portfolio and enhancing its infrastructure, and said that These efforts are one of the basic engines to achieve added value, rewarding returns, and sustainable growth that benefits the shareholders.
The first quarter of 2025 witnessed a significant increase in the work of “Embower”, where 46 new contracts were signed to supply more than 43,000 tons of cooling for different projects and buildings in Dubai, which led to an increase in the contracting capacity of the institution to reach 1.81 million tons of cooling.
The payment of bills through the electronic payment channels provided by “Embower” and its strategic partners from banks and financial institutions reached 224,886 operations during the first quarter, an increase of 7% compared to the same period last year.
