The start of the Emirates World Cup for Arab Horses in Morocco

Rabat on May 9 / WAM / The third round of the second edition of the Emirates World Horse Jamal Cup, which is held over the course of 3 days at the National Institute of Persians, Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan in the capital Rabat.
The Emirates International World Horse Camel Cup rounds will be held under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Arabian Horse Association, and the follow -up of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Vice -Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors.
The activities started after this afternoon with the preliminary competitions of 3 categories, with the participation of 45 skilled, distributed on: the categories of the foals at the age of (1 a), the category of foals at the age of (1b), and the category of foals at the age of 2-3 years (2A).
171 horses representing about 52 owners from different parts of the Kingdom of Morocco will participate in this round, which has a remarkable presence and a distinguished record in Arabian horse beauty competitions.
The first day witnessed a remarkable public presence from horse owners, the owners of the Almoravids, and Arab horse sports lovers, amid great attention and hospitality in this UAE international sporting event.
The arbitration team included 5 referees: the Moroccan Abdel Wahid Makhoul, Abdel Razzaq Hamidani, the Belgian Christine Jamar, the German Michala Vidner, the Dutchman Ruby Dean Hartoug, while the Disciplinary Committee was formed by the Emirati Salem Al -Kathiri, and the Moroccan Mohamed El -Sagroshni and Zainab Al -Birini, while the rule of the square is the Emirati Ahmed Hamid Al -Badi and the Moroccan Abdel Haqi.
