The Chairman of the Al -Ahly Youth Football Company, Talal Al -Shanqeeti, stressed that the “Dubai Knights” winning four historical titles out of six tournaments that came after a difficult season, expressing his happiness to obtain the most expensive titles “The President of the State Cup” and dismantle the partnership with the Sharjah Club in the number of victories in the tournament. Al-Ahly youth succeeded in crowning the expense of Sharjah in the final of the President’s Cup, the day before yesterday, after a 2-1 victory at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, to become Al-Ahly’s youth most crowned with the cup with 11 titles compared to 10 titles for the “King”.

Al -Shanqeeti told «Emirates Today»: “A big championship, four championships in the season are very wonderful, and we succeeded in breaking the partnership with the Sharjah team in the cup championship, as the current season was difficult, but the team was prepared very well, and we provided the alternatives that succeeded in making the difference, so that the team at the end of the season achieves its main goal, which is to win this number of championships, which is definitely great, although the ambition is always greater.”

He added: «At the end of the season, there will be a comprehensive evaluation of the players, and discuss the hopes and aspirations of the fans during the coming period, and we know that the fans are looking for an Asian championship, and we will work on that, so our goal is always to delight the fans because it is the number one, and reaching this number of championships during the season is great, and we will try to achieve more during the coming period.
