On the sidelines of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and President of Kazakhsani witnessed the exchange of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding between officials from both sides, in the fields of transportation and transportation, health care, renewable energy, digital and technological solutions, financial and banking investment, and other major national priority sectors in both countries.

In the transport and infrastructure sector, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in the UAE and the Kazakh Ministry of Transport exchanged a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation and exchanging experiences and competencies between the two countries in the areas of developing transportation, roads and communications projects.

In the health care sector, the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and the Administration of Turkestan region exchanged a memorandum of understanding aimed at financing the construction of “Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital for Women and Children”, in the Turkestan region.

Within the efforts of the UAE to support sustainability efforts and the use of renewable energy on a large scale, the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company exchanged “Masdar”, and the Kazakh Ministry of Energy, an agreement to ratify the project to establish a wind power plant with a capacity of 1 GB in the Jamalbil region of Kazakhstan.

In the same context, “Source” and the Kazakh Sovereign Resources Fund “Samerock Kazania” exchanged a joint cooperation agreement aimed at developing a project that generates “electricity around the clock” with a capacity of up to 500 megawatts of the basic load, and the agreement also includes the development of independent projects for power storage batteries with a capacity of 2 GB.

In the context of efforts aimed at supporting the digital transformation in both countries, a cooperation agreement was exchanged between AIQ, which specializes in the field of employing artificial intelligence solutions and advanced technology in enhancing the performance and efficiency of the energy sector, and the Kazakh sovereign wealth fund “Samerock Kazania”; In order to support the digital transformation in the oil and gas sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to facilitate the exchange of expertise and technical knowledge and best practices and advanced technologies in the areas of artificial intelligence.

In the field of developing artificial intelligence solutions in the energy sector, AIQ and “Kazakh Gas”, the leading national company in the gas sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan, exchanged a strategic partnership agreement aimed at enhancing the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the two sides, and enabling “Kazakh Gas” to benefit from the advanced and effective solutions provided by AIQ in terms of employing artificial intelligence solutions and advanced technology in analyzes Geology, exploration, extraction and production of gas with the latest and most accurate technologies.

In the context of consolidating financial and investment cooperation between the UAE and Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and the Kazakh Sovereign Resources Fund “Samerock Kazania” exchanged a memorandum of understanding and a joint cooperation agreement; With the aim of supporting strategic projects in the areas of alternative energy and infrastructure, providing financial and consulting services, shift towards the green economy, and financing projects, in line with the principles of governance, sustainability and social responsibility adopted by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in its various operations and activities.

In the aviation services sector, “Terminal Holding”, the Emirati company specialized in the field of aviation solutions, and the Kazakh Ministry of Transport, exchanged a joint cooperation agreement to develop the infrastructure of the aviation sector, enhance operational efficiency, and expand the scope of air services between the two countries.

In the context of supporting the technological sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Brissit, a leading company in the field of analyzing huge data backed by artificial intelligence, exchanged a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and the Kazakh Aviation Industry. This agreement aims to deliver two NVIDIA H200 computers, and to create an advanced data center that serves the smart city project in Astana. This step comes within the framework of supporting the efforts and plans of Kazakhstan in its efforts in the field of digital transformation, enhancing its digital infrastructure, and enabling it to benefit from the techniques of artificial intelligence and high -performance computing in various vital sectors.

In the field of ports, maritime transport and logistical services, the Abu Dhabi Ports Group has exchanged a memorandum of understanding with the company “Kazmorestravlut” related to the expansion of the group’s fleet in the Caspian Sea by building and renting four container ships designed to work in the Caspian Sea, with a capacity of 780 stereotypes. The memorandum aims to support the maritime trade movement between the UAE and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to provide integrated transport solutions that contribute to the development of marine infrastructure, and the expansion of regional and international logistical services.

The meeting, ceremonies of agreements and memoranda of understanding were attended by members of the official delegation accompanying His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
