Urgent request from a famous artist: Save my child from her!

In parallel with this warning, the child’s father applied for a pregnancy settlement No. 1976 of 2025 in front of the Family Dispute Settlement Office, aimed at dropping the custody of the artist, Juri Bakr, to their child, Tamim. The competent authority decided today not jurisdiction, and referred the file to the Family Court to adjudicate the extent of the mother’s validity of the custody.
In the same context, another settlement request was submitted under No. 1977 of 2025, demanding that the father be able to see his child, until the final separation in the custody case.
According to the text of the lawsuit, Gauri Bakr was the wife of the prosecutor and gave birth to the child “Tamim Rami”, who was born on September 9, 2023, before the two parties were officially separated on August 14, 2024, after a period of tension and family instability.
The lawsuit attributed this tension to the mother’s influence on her artistic roles, which reflected negatively on her marital and family relationship, according to what was stated in the case file.
The father stated in his lawsuit that the mother lacks the full -time to take care of her child, and that her schedule as an actress is obligated to be absent for long periods, but rather that she takes the child to photography sites, which was considered a behavior that may expose the child to psychological or environmental effects that are inappropriate for his young age.
He pointed out that “Tamim” is still in a sensitive age that requires continuous care and a stable environment, which is not available according to the lawsuit under the current circumstances.
The lawsuit concluded by certainly that the continuation of the mother’s custody in light of these data may negatively affect the child’s psychological and physical formation, and harm his best interest, calling on the court to reconsider the custody in favor of the father. (Fuchsia)
