His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, accompanied by Qassem Gomart Tukayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan School, in the Kazakh capital Astana.

His Highness and President Kazakhsani met a number of members of the teaching and administrative bodies and students in the school, and they were seen on the role of the school in promoting educational and cultural relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Kazakhstan, praising the efforts of the school staff in providing an educational model that reflects academic excellence and cultural openness.

His Highness, in the presence of President Qassem Gomart Tukayev, listened to an explanation about the approved educational programs, and learned about the most prominent student projects, as His Highness stressed the importance of supporting qualitative education as a basic pillar of development and building bridges of understanding between peoples.

His Highness and President Kazakhsani were briefed on the programs offered by the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Center to teach the Arabic language within the school; His Highness also witnessed, on the sidelines of the visit, as part of a lesson to teach the Arabic language.

His Highness expressed his appreciation for the vital role played by the center in spreading the Arabic language, stressing that the education of the Arabic language opens horizons for civilized communication, and enhances the common understanding between cultures, stressing His Highness the importance of supporting such initiatives that embody the human and civilizational values ​​of the UAE.

His Highness praised the qualitative educational level provided by the Kazakh government, and the support provided to the Arabic language programs provided by the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Center for the Arabic language, stressing His Highness the need to continue developing and expanding these initiatives, and strengthening their academic and cultural content, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of the position of the Arabic language, and enables students to acquire qualitative skills that keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.

It is worth noting that Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan School in the Kazakh capital Astana was opened in 2016 with funding from the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works, and it is one of the most prominent educational projects that reflect the depth of relations between the UAE and the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a total area of ​​37,000 square meters, while a building area is 14,313 square meters distributed over four Floor, and a capacity of 2,400 students if the two -term system is approved.

The school also includes 58 classroom and professional classes, in addition to sports halls, various playgrounds, a library, a medical clinic, a conference hall, and a theater, and is characterized by an advanced infrastructure that accompanies the highest levels of safety and educational quality standards.
