Astana, May 12 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, accompanied by His Excellency Kassem Gomart Tukayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the cultural and heritage village in the capital, Astana, on the sidelines of his official visit to the friendly Kazakhstan Republic.
During the tour, His Highness reviewed a number of activities that reflect the diversity of the cultural and heritage heritage, Kazakh, from artistic, theatrical and folkloric shows, as well as a group of handicrafts, plastic arts, and national Kazakhi and heritage costumes.
His Highness also met, during the visit, the most prominent Kazakh heritage activities, such as hawk, equestrian sports, horse racing and shooting from horse on the back, along with the reviews of the fast “Tazi” dogs, and other games and popular sports, which constitute a major part of the Kazakh national identity, and embodies the depth and diversity of the inheritance that the people are transmitting Kazakhsani centuries ago.
His Highness expressed his happiness to visit this rich cultural destination, which reflects the diversity and richness of the Kazakh culture, praising the continuous efforts made by the Kazakh government to preserve this authentic legacy, and seek to transfer it to future generations with innovative and contemporary methods, ensuring its sustainability and continuity in the light of modern cultural changes.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during his tour of the wings and sections of the cultural and heritage village, accompanied a number of members of the delegation of the state accompanying His Highness.
