Dubai, May 12 / WAM / The coronation of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai comes with “Raya of Hamdan bin Mohammed for Governmental Services” for the year 2024, in appreciation of its efforts in achieving the highest results in the application of a 360 service policy as a reflection of an institutional approach based on providing interconnected services centered on the customer, and enhances the efficiency and quality of government performance, by converting the service experience into an integrated system that combines speed, accuracy, and accuracy, And the human dimension in providing solutions.
The Hamdan bin Mohammed government services program, which is supervised by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, aims to consolidate a new model in government excellence based on the customer experience, and the integration of performance between the entities to become custom services, integrated, smooth and pre -emptive.
Dubai was able during the first two sessions 2023 and the second 2024 to achieve 93%of the total services on which the government target exceeded 60%during the two years, as well as qualitative results that included developing more than 26 million transactions, reducing service requirements by 86%, reducing the time of completion of transactions by 85%, in addition to reducing customer visits to service centers by 80%, and reducing the number of service Steps to get the service by 56%.
These efforts contributed to achieving financial savings that exceeded 75 million dirhams for each year, and these improvements were directly reflected on the satisfaction of customers, as their happiness rate increased to 94% in 2024, which strengthened the institutional reputation of the administration.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, Director General of the Administration, stressed that the victory in Braya Hamdan is not the end of the end, but rather the beginning of a deeper path of institutional excellence.
“The banner of Hamdan is not an arrival point, but rather a start to a path in which we raise services from the operating level to the level of societal influence, and we put the customer as a partner in formulating a more effective and efficient government experience.”
He pointed out that the next stage will witness more integration with government agencies, and to enhance the role of artificial intelligence and predictive analyzes to provide services that keep pace with the future and establish Dubai’s position as a city that makes standards and is not satisfied with following it.
