Honoring 12 nurses who won the “Daisi International” award

Yesterday, Dubai Health has celebrated its nursing cadres, which number more than 4,400 of all hospitals and health centers, on the occasion of the International Nursing Day, which falls on May 12 of each year, in the presence of the Director General of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, in appreciation of their humanitarian giving and their vital role in providing health care.
The ceremony, which was held at the Grand Hayat Hotel in Dubai, witnessed the attendance of 1500 nursing cadres nominated for the “Disi International” award, an international award awarded to nurses and nurses who show exceptional excellence in providing sympathy and compassion, and contribute to their efforts to enhance the quality of health services, and establish patients with patients and society in the health care system in Dubai.
The team, Mohammed Al -Marri, honored 12 nurses from hospitals and centers affiliated with “Dubai Health”, who won the “Daisi International Prize”, with the participation of the Executive Director of “Dubai Health”, Dr. Amer Sharif, and the Executive Director of Academic Affairs in Dubai Health Fathi.
The event included a special celebration of the victory of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Brayiya Hamdan bin Mohammed, to the smart government, in the presence of the Assistant Director General of the Air Ports Affairs Sector, Major General Talal Al -Shanqeeti, where the Dubai Health family congratulated the team, Mohammed Al -Marri, and the work teams in “Dubai Establishment” on this due achievement, which reflects their concrete efforts in serving people, in line with the guidance of the wise leadership by setting the customer.
Dr. Amer Sharif expressed his thanks and appreciation to all nurses and nurses in “Dubai Health”, for their distinguished care characterized by sympathy and mercy.
He thanked the team, Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, for attending the ceremony, honoring the winners of the “Dizy International” award, and congratulated all the work teams in “Dubai’s Establishment” for winning the banner of Hamdan bin Mohammed to the smart government.
He welcomed the joining of 16 new nurses to hospitals and centers of “Dubai Health”, which confirms “our continuous commitment to support and empowerment of medical cadres.”
Sharif said: “We finally honored the launch of the name (Hind Bint Maktoum bin Jumaa Al Maktoum), on the Faculty of Nursing and Kabbah at Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, which calls us to redouble our efforts to improve this profession.”
Dr. Tariq Fathi expressed his pride in what the nursing staff, which includes more than 4400 nurses, provided in all “Dubai Health” facilities, including 120 Emirati cadres, whose number has doubled in recent years by 200%, as all of their efforts contributed to the advancement of the quality of services provided to patients, indicating the graduation of a new batch of 16 Emirati nurses, and it is scheduled She joins work soon.
