Shamma bint Mohammed launches a project "Make reading in Arabic"

Her Highness Sheikha, Dr. Shamma bint Muhammad bin Khaled Al Nahyan launches the “Make Reading in Arabic” project under the slogan “The Reading Challenge is fluent”

Al -Ain, May 13 / WAM / Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions, launched a project “Master Reading in Arabic” under the slogan “The Challenge of Reading Flutant”, within the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan program, in order to enhance the cultural identity in the year of society 2025.

Sheikha Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khaled stressed that the language is the framework that contains between its borders on the vocabulary of culture and identity for any society, and our Arabic language, with its historical depth bearing what is deeper than the vocabulary and cultural pillars, but rather carries our history, and reflects the depth of our national identity.

She said that the mastery and preservation of the Arabic language is to protect our history and our national identity amid all this momentum of different identities that the UAE lands, which overlooks us through social networks.

She added that in order to support the preservation of our identity; We were keen to launch extended programs and events, which puts the mastery of the Arabic language for emerging generations as a goal to support the vision of our rational leadership in the strategy of preserving and strengthening our national identity.

This initiative comes free community service within five weeks in the summer vacation, targeting children of the age of 10 – 12 years, where an integrated program was prepared under the supervision of specialists in the Arabic language.

Incentives and rewards were allocated to students who successfully pass the program, to be honored in a special ceremony under the auspices of Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan.

Registration will be opened for the candidates through an electronic form that will be circulated through various means of communication, with the adoption of an accurate admission mechanism to ensure that the initiative goals are achieved in the optimal way.
