Trump: I will lift the sanctions on Syria

US President Donald Trump announced today, Tuesday, that it would raise all the sanctions imposed on Syria, indicating that it played an important role, but it is now time for her to move forward.

“I will lift the sanctions on Syria to give it an opportunity to shine,” Trump said during the Saudi -American Investment Forum in Riyadh.

“It is time to shine. We will stop all (sanctions). Good luck, Syria, show us something very special,” he added.
