“Abu Dhabi District” receives 6292 electronic inquiries through its digital platform within 3 months

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department received six thousand and 292 electronic inquiries through its digital platform “Inquire” during the first quarter of this year 2025, which reflects the effectiveness of the platform and the growing role of its role as a means of direct communication between the dealers and the relevant departments in the department.

The “Inquiry” platform is one of the advanced digital tools provided by the Judicial Department within its strategy for digital transformation, as it allows customers to provide their inquiries directly and quickly through the website or smart application, which supports the ease of communication with the relevant administration and responding to questions related to various judicial and judicial services.

The indicators showed that 97% of the inquiries were answered during one working day, with a total of 6 thousand and 100 inquiries, while the percentage increased to 99% during three working days, which indicates a high response by the work teams and their ability to deal efficiently with the growing volume of requests.

These results highlight the readiness of the digital infrastructure of the Judicial Department, the efficiency of technical and administrative teams in meeting the needs of customers and providing a flexible and smooth service experience based on quality, accuracy and speed standards in performance.
