Continuous cooperation between the UAE and India to develop chess sport

Al -Ain, May 15 / WAM / Jorrechran Singh, Chairman of the Indian Paralympic Committee, Vice President of the International Confederation of Mental Sports, emphasized the existence of a continuous bilateral cooperation with the UAE in chess sport, which contributes to enhancing the development of the game, by exchanging experiences and participating in championships.
On the occasion of his attendance, Singh stressed the activities of the AFC Asian Chess for men and women for the category of professors in the city of Al Ain, the quality of the organizational level of this tournament, which matches international standards, with the great participation of Asian countries, especially as it is qualified for the World Cup in India 2025.

He pointed to the remarkable development in the technical levels of the Indian national team, the distinguished results in the continental and international championships, and the participation of about 50 players in the current tournament in Al Ain.

He explained that there are great preparations to host the world championship, provide all requirements that enhance their success, and achieve the best indicators of excellence, with the participation of the elite players around the world.
