In a prominent presence of the Emirates Pavilion, the activities of the Tantan season in Morocco launch

Tantan – Morocco, May 15 / WAM /, with the participation of the UAE, the activities of the eighteenth session of the Tantan Cultural season, which will be held in the Kingdom of Morocco under the slogan: “Tantan season: a living witness to the world of nomadic culture”, and continues until May 18, under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, and by organizing the Moroccan Moukar Foundation.
His Excellency Mohamed Fadel Beniish, President of the “Al -Mawarar” Foundation, announced the launch of the 18th session of Tannan during a ceremony held yesterday in the Peace and Tolerance Square, praising the participation of the UAE and its efforts in preserving the cultural heritage and the unnecessary heritage and its transfer to future generations.
The ceremony included impressive heritage shows for camels and “Taburida”, as well as a traditional review of the beauty procession, which reflects one of the most prominent aspects of authentic nomadic culture, and showboards for children of Tantan and weights of Hassani music.
The Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, through the UAE wing, reviews a number of Emirati heritage elements listed in UNESCO, and the pavilion offers a bouquet of activities, activities, heritage and recreational, and the performances known as the Emirati heritage, such as customs, traditions and daily practices representing a wide range of Emirati moral heritage.
The pavilion witnessed a great turnout on the part of the Moroccan public to see its pillars, and to participate in its various activities and competitions, as the popular games competition enjoyed the wide participation of Moroccan children from the public and the Sahrawi tribes.
The competition aims to highlight the common denominators between the Emirati and Moroccan popular games, in terms of their practice and the interaction of children with them.
The popular arts shows in the UAE wing also attracted the visitors of the Tantan season, to learn about the original cultural diversity that children inherited in the Emirates generation after another, as the participating teams offered a variety of folkloric and performance arts with great mastery, to paint a creative painting on Emirati heritage.
The al -Muhail competition organized by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, in cooperation with the UAE Federation and the Moroccan Camel Federation in four runs, with a total of 40 valuable prizes, witnessed wide posts from Moroccan camel owners to compete with their camels from the authentic breeds of Aleppo camel.
The competition aims to choose the most diversified camel for milk and encourage camel owners to acquire and preserve them.
As part of the activities of the UAE pavilion, Moroccan desert cooking competitions continue in addition to the preparation competition, good hair, and preparing the best desert tent over the season days until next Sunday.
The Tantan season, which was included in UNESCO in 2008 as part of the representative list of the infinite cultural heritage of humanity, is an inspiring platform for cultural dialogue between various societies, and an opportunity to express heritage aspects and common civilizational divisions embodied in the Sahrawi popular culture.
The Tantan season includes a rich and distinguished cultural program, which combines the past and the present, highlights the world desert heritage in general, and the Moroccan desert heritage in particular, and is considered a global event registered in the representative list of the inappropriate cultural heritage of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “UNESCO”.
