The Office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Rabigh Governorate, represented by the Department of Public benefit markets, implemented a field supervisory tour.
The vegetables, fruits and slaughterhouses in the governorate included, as part of the early preparations for the Hajj season this year.

Provides health requirements

The tour aimed to verify the readiness of these vital facilities in terms of the level of general hygiene, the availability of health requirements and the safety of the offered products.
This is in addition to following up the extent of the commitment of workers to the applicable regulations and instructions.

Supporting the regulatory work system

The director of the ministry’s office in the governorate, Eng. Reda bin Abadel Al -Qarzi, explained that these tours come as part of the efforts to support the regulatory work system and enhance the concepts of food safety.
This ensures the provision of high -quality services in a healthy and safe environment, which meets the needs of citizens and residents and is in line with the approved standards.
