The Human Rights Office calls on Israel to stop the executions outside the judiciary in the West Bank

According to the UN office, the Israeli security forces have killed two Palestinian men in brief and planned executions during the past two weeks, while seven Palestinians have been killed in circumstances raising concerns about the use of an unnecessary or incapable fatal force. An Israeli woman was also shot on a highway in the occupied West Bank by attackers who have not yet been identified.
In a statement, the Human Rights Office confirmed that Israel should ensure that all those responsible for illegal killings are submitted to justice in fair trials.
On May 8, “hidden Israeli forces appear”, with brief measures, a 30 -year -old Palestinian “wanted” man in the old town of Nablus.
The Human Rights Office stated that the footage of the surveillance cameras showed that a disguised officer killed the man while he was trying to surrender and then shot him again while he was lying on the ground with injury and miracle, “To confirm the killing” seemingly. The Israeli security forces’ claims appear to be an armed man and a threat to them contradict the evidence that appeared in the video.
On May 2, hidden Israeli security forces chased and killed a 39 -year -old Palestinian man in Balata refugee camp in Nablus.
Although the Israeli security forces claimed that they had found a pistol and cartridges in his car, they did not claim that he had threatened life at the moment when he was shot.
On May 14, it was reported that the Israeli security forces fired live ammunition and wounded a Palestinian youth in his thigh near the Qalandia refugee camp in Jerusalem. A video clip shows two Israeli soldiers kicking the man again and again in his head while he was lying on the ground.
Then the two soldiers moved away without arresting or providing medical assistance to the man who, in addition to his live ammunition, was reported that he had a bleeding in the head due to the kicking of Israeli soldiers.
Meanwhile, on May 15, it was also reported that Palestinian gunmen opened fire and killed an Israeli woman with a 30 -year -old on the highway near the Burukhin settlement, west of Salfit, and also wounded her husband.
After the accident, the Israeli security forces closed several barriers in the north and central the West Bank and imposed heavy restrictions on the movement, especially about Burqin and Salfit, while an Israeli minister called for a “settlement” of Palestinian villages (on the ground) in response.
The United Nations Office for Human Rights said that the Israeli security forces must guarantee the compliance of the measures taken after the attack on international law, including the prohibition of collective punishment.
