المملكة: The Foreign Minister and his Turkish counterpart chairs the coordination council meeting between the two countries

His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received at the Ministry’s Court in Riyadh today the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan.
During the reception, ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various fields were discussed, in addition to discussing the developments of the situation in the region.
After the reception, the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Foreign Affairs chaired the second meeting of the Saudi -Turkish Coordination Council, during which they discussed the intensification of bilateral cooperation mechanisms in various fields, and ways to enhance joint coordination towards issues of concern to the two brotherly countries and serve their common interests.

At the end of the meeting, the Foreign Minister and his Turkish counterpart signed the minutes of the second meeting of the Saudi -Turkish Coordination Council.
After that, a memorandum of understanding was signed on cooperation in the field of diplomatic training between the Prince Saud Al -Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the diplomatic academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Turkish Republic, signed by the Saudi side, Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Walid bin Abdul Karim Al -Khuraiji, and from the Turkish side, Deputy Minister of the Turkish Republic, Dr. Noah Yilmaz.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Walid bin Abdul Karim Al -Khuraiji, Assistant Minister of Defense Eng. Talal bin Abdullah Al -Otaibi, Assistant Minister of Culture Eng. Rakan bin Ibrahim Al -Touq, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thanein, Assistant Minister of Investment Eng.
