The General Administration for the Service of Persons with Disabilities at the Care for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque provides a package of exceptional and comprehensive services for persons with disabilities, in the context of its preparations for the Hajj 1446 AH season, which reflects the Kingdom’s keenness to provide the highest levels of care and care for this category, and enable them to perform their worship with ease and ease within the Prophet’s Mosque.
The provided services included allocating (10) chapels distributed throughout the Prophet’s Mosque, including (3) chapels in the northern expansion, (3) chapels in Western expansion, and (3) chapels in the Eastern expansion, their locations were carefully chosen; To be close to the doors, in order to facilitate the movement of entry and exit.

“SPA” documented scenes of efforts to take care of persons with disabilities throughout the Prophet’s Mosque to serve worshipers throughout the year, which included allocating a room for the deaf and dumb category in the western surface of the Prophet’s Mosque, with a capacity of (100) people, equipped with a proportion to their needs, allowing them to perform the prayer, follow the Friday sermon in the sign language, in addition to providing specialized electrical elevators, People with disabilities can easily reach the surface.
The services included allocating parking for vehicles for persons with disabilities, and providing more than (2500) free vehicles provided to the beneficiaries through the door management office in the squares of the Prophet’s Mosque, as well as designing slopes next to the entrances and external squares of the mosque, to facilitate the movement of chairs and vehicles.

Toilets were also prepared in the mosque’s facilities in the men and women, to take into account the needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities, in addition to the creation of dedicated shelves in women’s water courses; To facilitate child care.
These efforts embody attention and care for the category of persons with disabilities, and to ensure that all services and facilities to enable them to perform their rituals easily and easily, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, which puts the service of the guests of Rahman at the forefront of its priorities, and works to improve their experience and provide comfort for them.
