"Presidency hybrids" You reap a sword "Al-Bashaer Festival"
Muscat, 7 February / WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State and President of the Camel Racing Federation, and His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Malik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, witnessed this evening the conclusion of the annual Al Bashaer Camel Racing Festival.
The festival was held in its ninth session at Al-Bashaer Square in the Wilayat of Adam in the Omani Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, and was organized by the Al-Bashaer Arabian Camel and Equestrian Square Department for 6 days, with wide participation from camel owners and groomers from various governorates of the Sultanate and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
The presidential camel won the open Saif Al-Hawl with Zahia, led by the experienced Mohammed Atiq bin Zaitoun Al-Muhairi, with a time of 12:22:54 minutes.
The third half of the General Open Championship witnessed Busha winning the silver sword for Nasser Abdullah Al-Misnad, while the victory went to Tharwa for His Excellency Muhammad Sultan Markhan Al-Ketbi in the second half of the General Al-Abkar Cup for Thanaya, after reaching the finishing line with a time of 12:3172 minutes.
The victory in the first round of the final day went to Manwa of the Royal Haganah, with the track player Hamad Muhammad Salem Al Wahaibi, achieving the cup and title, with a time of 12:30:80 minutes.
