The Public Authority for the State Real Estate denied what is being circulated regarding the distribution of residential lands in the city of Riyadh under multiple names, and setting the prices and conditions for its own.
The authority confirmed that all these reports circulated did not issue any official announcement from the competent authorities, stressing that major development initiatives and projects are announced exclusively through official channels and sources.

The General Authority for the real estate of the state urged all citizens to investigate the accuracy and verify the authenticity of the news before circulating it, and not to be drawn into the unreliable information that spreads through unofficial means.
The commission added that it will publish everything related to the details of the areas previously announced that it would be exposed, and any developments or developments that occur in it, at the appropriate time and through the official platforms and means of the authority and the relevant government agencies.
