المملكة: 35.8 million riyals for “Islamic Affairs” projects in the Hajj season
And that is at the Ministry’s headquarters in the city of Riyadh, in the presence of the ministry’s agents, the directors of the branches, the Secretary -General of Islamic Awareness, the Secretary -General of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an, and a number of ministry’s officials and members of the committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Islamic Affairs delivered a speech in which he raised the highest verses of thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God protect them – for the great care and constant attention they give to all that would serve the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims from pilgrims, pilgrims and visitors.
Awareness of pilgrims and pilgrims
“Al -Sheikh” stressed that the Ministry’s support for the ministry had a great impact in enabling it to perform its mission in an optimal way in educating pilgrims and pilgrims, and facilitating the performance of the rituals according to the method of moderation and moderation.
He explained that the ministry’s work in the Hajj season comes as an extension of the support of the wise leadership – may God support it – to achieve its mission in serving the homes of God, spreading tolerant Islamic values, educating pilgrims, pilgrims and visitors, and informing them of the provisions of the rituals, in addition to providing an integrated advocacy environment that contributes to enhancing their faith experience.
The meeting reviewed the operational plans prepared by the Ministry for the Hajj season, and included the readiness of its facilities in the holy sites, the processing of mosques in Makkah and Medina and its facilities, and the follow -up of the performance of operating and maintenance companies, in addition to the advocacy and guidance programs implemented by the Ministry in Makkah and Madinah, and in the border outlets, in a manner that ensures the provision of high -quality services to the guests of Rahman.
Hajj season projects
The meeting also discussed a number of projects implemented by the ministry during the Hajj season, whose total cost is (35,803,135.44) riyals, in order to complete the Ministry’s projects and work for pilgrims ’comfort and facilitate what can be facilitated for them, and within the framework of its continuous keenness, during the past years, to raise the efficiency of the facilities and services provided to the guests of Rahman, and to upgrade the infrastructure in the Holy Places.
Among the most prominent of these projects: The project to reduce the thermal load of the background squares of the Namra Mosque, which includes the implementation, supply, manufacture and installation of constructional tensile umbrellas with 19 umbrellas, with an approximate area of 3211 square meters, the second phase of preparing and softening the Namra and scaper mosque squares, toilets in Mina, the project to water the pilgrims, projects to develop air conditioning and ventilation systems, installation of audio and monitoring systems Security, umbrella lighting, in addition to the restoration of the Namra Mosque and its accessories, and the Hajjaj al -Barr Mosque in Mina.
The meeting also dealt with the programs of preachers and translators in the land, sea and air outlets, and in the central region and the holy sites, as well as launching a package of advocacy programs and awareness publications, in a way that contributes to educating pilgrims and facilitating their performance of the quasselia with ease and reassurance.

Digital guidelines
The General Secretariat programs for Islamic Awareness in Hajj and Umrah were also reviewed, coordination and integration mechanisms between the various sectors concerned with field and advocacy work, where the launch of 100 million educational messages was approved, and more than 2,300 daily lectures were implemented throughout the Hajj days, in addition to receiving thousands of voice and visual calls to answer pilgrims’ inquiries in more than 40 international languages.
In the field of publications, the number of materials during the Hajj season reached 4,409,605 copies, which included 3,114,605 articles of books and brochures for rituals and counseling, and 1,295,000 introductory cards containing quick response symbols (QR) for the electronic library, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance legal awareness and facilitate access to digital guidance content.
In the context of the Ministry’s preparations for the Hajj season, the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an ended the equipment of (2,521,380) copies of the Noble Qur’an, within the gift of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, which will be distributed to the pilgrims departing after performing the rituals, through the air, land and marine outlets, in confirmation of what the wise leadership pays attention to the Book of God and the service of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.
The service of the guests of Rahman
The meeting dealt with part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop institutional work, as in the context of raising the operational efficiency, the human cadre was rationalized by dispensing (850) employees, while activating the technology in field procedures and work, and benefiting from the Ministry’s sub -employees in Makkah and Madinah, in a way that contributes to enhancing the quality of performance and raising the level of competence in implementing the Ministry’s plans during the Hajj season.
The Minister noted the integrated plans and preparations that were reviewed during the meeting, stressing the importance of sensing responsibility in carrying out the tasks assigned, completing efforts according to the approved plans, and enhancing coordination between the various relevant authorities, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the highest levels of readiness, and to provide services worthy of the Kingdom’s status and keep pace with the aspirations of the rational leadership in serving the guests of Rahman.
At the end of the meeting, “Al -Sheikh” asked God that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince will reward the best reward for the continuous support and care they provide to all sectors of the state, asking the Lord to reconcile everyone to perform their duty to serve the pilgrims, pilgrims and visitors, and enabling them to perform their rituals with ease, ease and reassurance.
