المملكة: Taif .. raising the level of health compliance to 8 thousand commercial facilities

The Taif Municipality implemented a number of field campaigns on more than 8 thousand commercial and health facilities, as part of the efforts to implement the highest standards and health requirements in the shops on the pilgrimage methods, and raise the level of compliance with the regulations and instructions during the current Hajj season 1446 AH, which helps all facilities to provide safe and highly efficient services to the guests of Rahman who cross the pilgrimage times in Taif in the Great Run “House of House” and Wadi Muharram in this.
The Secretariat worked to cover all the facilities located on the pilgrimage methods as part of a comprehensive field supervision campaign aimed at controlling and addressing negative abuses and phenomena according to the operational plans approved for the Secretariat to enhance compliance and protect the public health of the people and the guests of Rahman who cross the holy sites through Taif roads in various main axes.
The campaign seized many violations and abuses, including monitoring health violations related to not obtaining or renewing health certificates, poor conservation and storage, in addition to other violations that affect the safety of consumers.

Improving the quality of services

All the violating stores were placed under direct control to prevent the recurrence of abuses, as well as the unknown foodstuffs and not suitable for human consumption, in order to preserve the safety of citizens, residents and guests of Rahman, and the list of municipal sanctions was applied against the violating facilities, while notifying them quickly correcting the conditions and following them.
The Secretariat affirmed the continuation of its supervisory efforts to improve the quality of services provided to the population, visitors and guests of Rahman, praising the facilities that achieved high compliance levels.
It also called on the citizens to report violations through the application of “my country” or call the unified number of municipal communications 940, as the field supervisory teams begin to take the necessary action against them.
