Maktoum bin Muhammad issues a decision on the job protection of the general employee reported by financial and administrative violations

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Governor of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, in his capacity as head of the Dubai Financial Supervisory Agency, issued Resolution No. (2) of 2025 regarding the job protection of the reported general employee, who is cooperating with the financial control agency to report or benefit from any of the financial and administrative violations committed by the agencies subject to the control of the agency, which are violations, which are violations, which are violations, which are violations, which are violations. The decision also aims to protect the job status of the authorized employee as a result of his progress or a statement of statements in the investigations conducted by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the regulation of procedures and conditions for submitting a job protection application for the reports submitted by employees of the agency, and setting legal and procedural frameworks that aim to encourage them to report the financial and administrative violations committed by the authorities. The provisions of the decision are applied to the employees who have been working with the bodies subject to the Dubai Financial Supervision Authority, who decide to accept their communications or inform them of the financial and administrative violations that are conducted and interfered within the scope of the agency’s jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (4) of the year 2018 to establish the financial control agency, as well as the employees who are called to hear their benefit during the investigation procedures in that investigation procedures in that Violations.
