"Pasture" 43% growth in the number of new companies during the first half
Ras Al Khaimah on July 14 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Regions Authority “Rakz” announced a 43% growth recorded in the number of new companies during the first half of 2025, compared to the same period in 2024.
In this regard, she indicated that 8506 new companies will join the business community in “Rakz” between January and June of this year, compared to 5933 companies in the same period last year, which reflects the continuous momentum and accelerating growth witnessed in the economic zone.
This growth reflects the great confidence that investors give to “Rakz”, and to the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in general, thanks to our continuous commitment to providing a flexible and stimulating business environment, which meets the aspirations of entrepreneurs and companies from all over the world.
“We are constantly working to enable new and existing companies to achieve success by developing our digital services, expanding value -added packages, establishing specialized centers according to sectors, providing flexible establishment solutions based on value, supported by a strategic vision, operational efficiency and permanent keenness on sustainable development, and thus we establish the position of” Racz “as a major contributor to the future of the economy of the United Arab Emirates.
He pointed out that most new companies operate in vital sectors such as administrative consulting, information technology, marketing, e -commerce, general trade, food and beverages, building materials, benefiting from advanced infrastructure, simplified procedures, competitive costs and the stimulating work system provided by “Rakz”.
“Rakz” continues to attract investors from around the world, as India came in the top of registered nationalities with 43% of the total new companies, followed by Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Egypt and the Philippines.
“Rakz” currently includes more than 35 thousand companies belonging to more than 100 countries, which enhances its position as a leading regional center for business and industry, as the authority confirms its continuous commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and investors, advancing economic development, and consolidating the position of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah as a global center for innovation and investment.
