Islamic Dubai organizes a program "100 future designers" In cooperation with the Dubai Future Foundation

Dubai, May 20 / WAM / The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Action in Dubai, in cooperation with the Dubai Foundation for the Future, organized the specialized training program “100 future designers” with the participation of a group of department employees from various organizational units.
The program aims to provide participants with advanced skills in anticipating the future, enabling them to analyze tools, monitor emerging trends at the local and global levels, in a way that contributes to enhancing their capabilities in strategic planning and taking proactive decisions based on scientific readings of the variables.
The “100 Future Designer” program is one of the qualitative initiatives that seeks to consolidate the culture of pre -emptive thinking among government agencies and designing innovative work models that contribute to achieving the targets of Dubai’s strategy for the future.

The program included a series of applied axes, including the tools of prediction of the future, signs analysis, building future scenarios, and anticipating international best practices in the field.
Acting Akha Ahmed Obaid, Acting Director of Human Resources Department, stressed that organizing this program comes within the department’s approach to investing in human capital and enabling it to prepare for the future, noting that “qualifying competencies with the skills of the future viewing represents a major pillar to build a government work system capable of keeping pace with challenges and achieving institutional leadership.”
She added that the department is keen to develop advanced training paths that enhance the readiness of the department’s employees and is consistent with the vision of the Dubai government in preparing qualified national leaders who are able to anticipate transformations and formulate a sustainable future based on innovation and flexibility.
Through these initiatives, the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Affairs seeks to contribute to the effective contribution to building an advanced government system that keeps pace with variables and supports Dubai’s march towards leadership in light of a comprehensive strategic trend towards foresight and applying international best practices in government work.
