The Kingdom has achieved a new exceptional achievement by obtaining the second position on the G20 countries in the development index of telecommunications and technology sector organizations (ICREGULATORY TRACKER) issued by the International Telecommunication Union for the year 2024.
& nbsp; this achievement is an affirmation of the progress of the telecommunications and technical sector in the Kingdom, promoting organizational innovation, and an infrastructure. Advanced digital, and the application of effective organizational tools for the communications and technology market, in addition to its commitment to providing an attractive and stimulating organizational environment for investment and digital economy, which enhances the Kingdom’s position as a leading regulatory force at the international level. The Communications, Space and Technology Authority is that the index aims to support decision makers and organizational bodies in keeping pace with the developments of this vital sector, and measures the development of the organizational environment for the communications and technical sector in (194) countries around the world and is based on (50) standards distributed on four main axes: the independence of the organizational authority, organizational powers, organizational framework, and competition framework The sector. In a row, in addition to achieving the second place in the G20 in the Telecom Infrastructure Index (TII) issued by the United Nations.
