The profits of the Eastern Pipes Integrated Industry in the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2025 increased by 42.8% to 382 million riyals, compared to 267.5 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.

Today, the Board of Directors of the East Pipes Integrated Industry Company recommended to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024 m-2025 m.
The company said: The total amount distributed is estimated at 78.750 million riyals, while the share share of the distribution is 2.5 riyals.
The dividend distributions will be for the shareholders who are owned by shares at the end of the second trading day, which follows the day of the company’s general assembly, which will be announced later.
The date of the distribution will be within 15 days from the date of the right, while the company will be announced later.
